Welcome to the i-SAFE International home page. This is the first step for implementing Internet safety education in the classroom to make a difference in the lives of students. From here, i-SAFE can help you access curriculum, whether you are a teacher who wants to teach Internet safety lessons in one classroom; or, a government official planning to implement an Internet safety strategy in every classroom in your country. Through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) i-SAFE is forming with Ministries of Education and countries around the world, i-SAFE has become the global leader in protecting children from fraud, harassment, and victimization online through education and public awareness.

For an educator choosing to teach e-Safety, i-SAFE International provides professional development training, as well as classroom-based lesson plans, and country-specific assessment data. In cooperation with a partnership with Microsoft® so far 30 lesson plans and assessments are localized in the following languages:

i-SAFE integrates critical-thinking activities into the age-appropriate lesson plans. The curriculum is expertly designed for students beginning at age 5 through age 18, in the following manner: lessons for ages 5 - 7, lessons for ages 8 - 9, lessons for ages 10 - 11, lessons for ages 12 - 13, and lessons for ages 14 - 18. International educators can purchase lessons for each age group.



Access to i-SAFE curriculum is through a subscription and license agreement to schools, districts, regional or government authorities. Curriculum packages consist of lesson plans, Webcast video-based lessons, subscription videos, and an implementation report. Educators designated by subscribing schools access the curriculum online through this password-protected portal. Please login at the upper right-hand corner of this page.

Educators: Please direct students to complete the online student assessments that provides metrics about your school on the attitudes and behaviors of students as it relates to their online activities.

Ministers of Education, or other government representatives planning a district-wide or country-wide Internet safety strategy, are urged to coordinate with i-SAFE on building a licensing agreement to localize the comprehensive i-SAFE curriculum and country or district-specific assessments. Through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), industry and public entities are encouraged to contact i-SAFE about licensing world class Internet safety curriculum for all students in a district or country. Whether a representative of the public sector (government user) or private sector (PPP Principal), please take a moment, click on this curriculum outline link, and preview the more than 120 interactive Internet safety lesson plans for students of all ages -- currently available in English only -- that can be localized to your district or country. The comprehensive i-SAFE curriculum directly aligns with universally considered standards in educational technology, current best practices in teaching methods, and International Information and Communications Technology (ICT) initiatives.
